A new world

I'll post more about my trip to the continent when I get broadband. We have just arrived in Lancaster and are getting our flat in order. We live about 2 miles from campus. Recall the picture I posted from my office in Newcastle--now take a look at what I see when I walk to campus. (The ghost of James Herriot haunts this place!)
